Online Therapy
Online Therapy using your computer or mobile device
Why Choose Online Therapy?
Online therapy is more affordable and flexible than traditional in-office counseling. Telepsychology is just as effective as traditional, in-office psychology, with the added benefit that you can stick to your own schedule and attend your sessions from anywhere.
Is the Technology Complicated?
It’s so simple. Using your own computer, laptop or mobile device with the built in camera and microphone, you register through the Patient Portal, create a personal login and password, digitally complete personal information and consent forms and book an appointment on the online calendar. All your information, email messages through this portal and video sessions are HIPAA compliant and utilizes the best military-grade encryption available today for your security.
How Will Sessions Work?
Telepsychology works in much the same way that traditional therapy does. Therapy sessions often occur weekly or bi-monthly. But, unlike in-office counseling, you can complete online therapy while you are on the go or from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
